What we sell, and who makes it
Every product we list is made by the brand identified on its product page or packaging. Each product page names the manufacturer, provides the manufacturer part number under Specifications where available, and states the pack size, model or configuration.
When a listing names a robot vacuum brand or model, it describes the products with which the item is designed to work. Compatibility information is based on the product manufacturer’s specifications. It does not mean that the robot vacuum manufacturer supplies us, endorses us or is connected with us in any way.
How our pricing works
We list one price per item. There is no crossed-out “was” price and no percentage-off badge, because we have never charged a higher price for these items — a reference price is only honest if the shop actually sold at it. The price you see is simply our price.
Delivery and returns in short
Orders arrive in 5–10 business days. You can return an unopened item in its original packaging within 30 days in original packaging with all accessories. Full terms are in our shipping policy and refund policy.
Warranty
Robot vacuum cleaners and docking stations carry the manufacturer’s own warranty. How that warranty is honoured, and whether it depends on the product being purchased through an authorised sales channel, is determined by the manufacturer. Please review the manufacturer’s warranty terms before purchasing. We are not an authorised service centre for any manufacturer and cannot perform warranty repairs.
Separately, if anything we ship arrives damaged, faulty on arrival or not as described, we will replace it or provide a full refund. This is our own commitment and applies to every product in our catalogue.
Consumable and replacement items—including filters, brushes, dust bags, mop pads and cleaning solutions—are covered by the same arrival-condition commitment. Using third-party replacement parts, accessories or cleaning products may affect your robot vacuum manufacturer’s warranty. Check the manufacturer’s terms if you are unsure.
Livacove is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any robot vacuum manufacturer. Machine brand names on this site describe what a product fits. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
