Products and descriptions
We describe each product by what it physically is, its pack size and its manufacturer part number. Compatibility statements repeat what the product’s own manufacturer states. We do not claim any relationship with the makers of the machines these products fit.
Safe use — robot vacuums
Robot vacuums are battery-powered appliances with moving brushes, wheels and other components. Read the manufacturer’s manual before first use, do not modify the product and do not operate it with a damaged battery, charging dock, power cord or plug. Keep charging contacts clean and dry, remove small objects and loose cables from the cleaning area, and keep children and pets away from the robot while it is operating. Products we sell are supplied for the US market with compatible charging equipment where included.
Safe use — cleaning products
Robot vacuum cleaning solutions and maintenance products may contain chemicals. Follow the instructions on the packaging and the robot vacuum manufacturer’s recommended cleaning procedure. Use only solutions approved for your model’s water tank or mopping system. Keep these products out of reach of children, and do not mix them with other cleaning chemicals. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your robot vacuum, ask us before using it.
Machine warranty
Using third-party batteries, chargers, replacement parts, accessories or cleaning products may affect your robot vacuum’s warranty, depending on the manufacturer’s terms. This is a matter between you and the robot vacuum manufacturer. We are unable to advise on another company’s warranty terms.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in USD ($) and may change. If an item is out of stock or priced in error after you order, we contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund; we do not charge you a different price without asking first.
Orders we may decline
We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where the order looks fraudulent, or where we cannot ship to the address given. If we have already taken payment, we refund it in full.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.
